Baseball is a passion for Martin that he is eager to share with young developing players while promoting a competitive environment. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Martin will design and oversee the technical programs and development of coaches, ensuring that all players and coaches are provided with sufficient opportunities to improve their skills and achieve their highest potential. This programming will follow the Bytown Dodgers integrated model of player development, which is player-centric around the physical, mental, and emotional maturation of the elite player. All Bytown Dodgers members will be able to benefit from Martin’s many years of experience as a baseball coach and as a leader.
