Bytown Dodgers strength trainer, Sheri specializes in nutrition coaching and personal training for all ages. Sheri has worked in the health and fitness industry since 2008, starting as a trainer in group circuit training classes before becoming a personal trainer certified through the YMCA-YWCA. Sheri ran circuit training classes at the Rideau Canoe Club for many years and is also a Level 2 certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. Prior to starting her family in 2006, she worked as a Science and Technology Advisor for the Energy Sector at Natural Resources Canada. Sheri holds a Masters in Biology from the University of Ottawa.
Sheri is now enthusiastically working with the Dodgers athletes to guide them in the development of core strength and explosive movement, and will continue to work with them throughout the spring training period.
