Please remember to print, sign and bring the competed form to tryouts. All players trying out are required to pay a small fee to help cover the cost of facility.

Registration cost: Before January 8th: $40, on and after Jan 8th, 2019, $45.

The form will be available as a PDF to download upon completion. A copy of the form will also be sent to the email address provided for the first parent/guardian.
